Went in for 30k miles service ~ great waiting area with one exception: snacks were comprised of a variety of chips/ loaded with unhealthy seed oils. I traded a Porsche for my Genesis. Someone needs to ride over to the Porsche Dealership down the street and see what customers (who many times unfortunately have to wait longer than they anticipated) are offered for a 4+ hour wait....other than that, I was ok with my service call.

I was pleased with pickup and return. Communication was great. The car was returned at specified time. My only complaint is that I had a few small things to be looked at but said it couldn’t be done. Previous dealer would do that for me. So basically picking the car up was of no help because I have to make an appointment and drive down Independence Blvd for work to be done. Love my GV70!!!

Awesome service advisor but the technician took too long. Arrived at 10AM for an oil change, rotation of tires, spark plug change and it took 4 hours.
I went to look at a Genesis G70 this past weekend. I was in the market for a new car after owning 3 Mercedes. I found the Genesis to be an exceptional value and an overall comparable exterior and interior styling compared to the cost of other high end sedans. I purchased a 2026 G70 and the process of negotiating and trading my MB to be seamless. If you are in the market for a premium sedan or suv, I think you should explore Genesis before you make a decision.
Oil change and tire rotation cost $155. Would not accept coupon from another Genesis dealer. No free rotation even though tires purchased from dealer. A week later received an email offer from dealer for oil and rotation for $79.95.
I’ve had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced here. The dealership overall is well appointed with all the amenities that a luxury showroom and service facility would have. My experience from the beginning to end was seamless. Ramon was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We purchased the vehicle in November 2025, and the finance representative encouraged us to take the extended warranty, assuring us that it could be canceled within 30 days after conducting our own research. I contacted the dealership to cancel the extended warranty and visited the office four times. Each time, I was told that the cancellation process would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Great vehicle and wonderful experience on my second lease of a GV80 Coupe. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Customer service in sales and service has been excellent. Only minor issue so far is on last service for our GV70–after rotating the tires, they didn’t readjust the tire pressures (the GV70 requires higher pressures in the rear tires than the front ones), so had to do that when I got home.
Had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Genesis Charlotte and Akil. The GV80 was levels above other SUVs in its class

My genesis v 60 electric power failed WHILE I was driving it 2 weeks ago. I was extremely fortunate that this incident did not result in an accident. There have been documented recalls involving ICCU unit failures in genesis electric model years 2022–2024. I experienced the same failure in my 2025 vehicle, which indicates the underlying defect has not been remedied. This raises concerns regarding product safety, disclosure, and the manufacturer’s duty to address known defects before additional harm occurs. Great buying experience. Communication was great and our salesperson was very knowledgeable and got us in and out of there quickly.
Avoid them, I asked many times, and they said the never received my emails. That is on management. Could NOT get real numbers on a lease of a 2026 GV70. And when they sent it to me, they were $600 MORE a month ($1299). Terrible customer service.
We prefer to take our GV70 to Keffer Genesis of Charlotte even though it’s 100 miles from our home. Their courtesy and efficiency make it worth the drive!
They are very nice and provide excellent service. David is my advisor and makes sure that I am well taken care of.

We visited Keffer Genesis for an inspection and a recall fix. Ramon provided highly courteous and accommodating service as he checked us in. He then offered us an Uber ride to and from our lunch destination as we waited for the work to be completed! When we returned to the dealership from lunch, he provided a video of the inspection and then brought our car right to us… freshly washed and dried. Because of the stellar treatment we received, we won’t hesitate to return to Keffer for service… and to buy our future Genesis cars!

If I was basing my review on sales it would be a 5. However within the first 30 miles my car has developed 2 defects. I went a whole day so far and no follow up to my complaint. Communication is key. They are now working on it. My salesperson Brandon got involved, I highly recommend him.

In for a potential recall issue. Inspection found that two tires were much more worn than the other two. This is a lease vehicle and all service has been done by the dealership. Odometer is just over 29,000 miles. This indicates to me that proper tire rotation was not performed during other service appointments.

The service was generally fine. Took the car in for a recall. Transportation to an appointment and then transportation back provided by Keffer. (Lyft) Main concern – when I returned, was told that the service had been completed, but the car had not been brought back around. Waited about 50 minutes for the car to be brought back. This was more time than should have been necessary , In my opinion.. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Had a service appointment with loaner. Took 55 minutes before I received my loaner car. No explanation. I missed a nearby appointment. Had same problem with Hyundai of concord when I serviced the vehicle and that is why I went all the way into south Charlotte. The only way to get responsive service is to use valet service. I used it once and it was great but usually have to wait a week or two for a valet appointment. I can’t believe the lack of communication with this dealership! The issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call to advise the status of the car. Ace and Asia are the only ones that attempted to get someone to call us back with an update. By the time I was able to speak to the GM I was completely frustrated. The new facility is amazing….it finally caught up with the brand. Appointment was easy to schedule online and the service was carried out on schedule. Great car and dealership.
Requested service on my GV80 using the concierge process. They picked up my car on time, did the work I requested for maintenance then had my car back cleaned in 4 hours and I never left my house. The process worked flawlessly.

Genesis of Charlotte is amazing. I took my GV70 to be serviced, Asia is always amazing she is the absolute best. After getting my car serviced my husband decided to buy me a new GV80 and guess who found us the perfect salesman no one but Asia. She got Christian who was also amazing at making sure we were well taken care of and we let with GV80. Only problem found some damage on the rear left bumper and am waiting on a resolution for that. For me a 10 out of 10 on service and sales.

Beautiful new facility, great staff. Asia is a wonderful service advisor who has dedication to Genesis and it shows. In fact, every person there was hustling for Genesis owners today. They also did a great job washing the vehicle after recall service, actually washing it, not just a typical "dealer rinse off and swipe with a vacuum".
I appointment was attended to promptly. I was informed in advance about the work to be done and the approximate time. The new Genesis service center is comfortable and though I spent 3 hours it didn’t make me feel exhausted as the space is designed well.
